Francesca
Francesca is the founder and creative director behind Vetri Events, which started as Pure Luxe Bride in 2009. Raised in the hospitality industry, Francesca developed an early understanding of service, atmosphere, and the operational precision required to create events that feel both seamless and deeply personal.
She earned her degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and has built Vetri Events into one of the Southeast’s most respected planning and design firms through her combination of creative vision, strategic leadership, and client advocacy. Francesca leads the overall creative direction, client experience, and operational management for Vetri Events, overseeing event design development, vendor partnerships, production execution, and high-level planning strategy from concept through completion.
Known for her transparent communication style, efficient systems, and ability to keep the planning process grounded and enjoyable, Francesca serves as both a trusted advisor and hands-on leader throughout every stage of the experience. Working between Charleston, SC and Nashville, TN, she continues to draw inspiration from the culture, hospitality, and design influence of both cities while leading immersive, highly personalized weddings and events with intention and precision.

Ady
Ady brings a strong foundation in event logistics, production management, and operational execution to every celebration. With a degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida and extensive hands-on experience in both venue operations and event planning, she offers a uniquely well-rounded perspective on what it takes to execute events at the highest level.
Before joining Vetri Events, Ady managed a high-volume wedding venue in Florida, where she oversaw event logistics, vendor coordination, client communication, timeline management, and event day operations. That experience sharpened her ability to anticipate challenges before they emerge, confidently manage multiple moving parts, and ensure every event unfolds seamlessly behind the scenes.
At Vetri Events, Ady plays a critical operational leadership role, overseeing logistics, production flow, vendor execution, timeline development, and on-site event management. Known for her calm presence, strategic mindset, and attention to detail, she is the backbone of the event experience — ensuring every element is executed with precision, professionalism, and care. Her ability to balance organization with hospitality-driven service makes her an invaluable part of delivering the elevated experiences Vetri Events is known for.
